Snow Consulting & Tax, PLLC is a newly formed professional consulting and tax firm. The firm was created, established and developed from the owner's 20 years of experience working with New Hampshire based small business owners.
Linda Snow, sole member, began her career within the commercial construction industry. For nine years, she served as the Assistant Treasurer of the family owned business (her father's company). In January 1990, she began advancing her career into public accounting. Linda worked for 5 1/2 years for a Concord based public accounting firm, working full time, earning her Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting and her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate by the end of 1994. In June 1995, Linda started her own Concord, NH based CPA firm which specialized in working with small business owners throughout the state of New Hampshire. After ten years, she sold the CPA firm to begin a new opportunity with her husband. They started a residential excavation company serving the New Hampshire community. After establishing her husbands business and attending to some personal goals, Linda began a career opportunity within the publishing industry. Linda was the Controller and Treasurer for Yankee Publishing, Inc. located in Dublin, New Hampshire for 3 years. Yankee Publishing is the publisher of the Old Farmer's Almanac and Yankee Magazine, a 75 year old family owned business. During her employment with Yankee Publishing, Linda transformed the Information Services Department (Accounting and Information Technology). She reduced the workforce by two employees, streamlined procedures and processes, reconfigured the information technology structure and security (with the assistance of IT consultants), and lead the department into a true "team" spirit environment. Upon completing her professional goals at Yankee Publishing, she resigned her position to begin the consulting firm, Snow Consulting & Tax, PLLC.
The professional goal of Snow Consulting & Tax, PLLC is to assist the business owner with their business challenges and provide the support services they need for growth, development and success. The firm will provide the services and support the small business owner's professional team who are not or are unable to provide the services. The firm will also provide a bridge of clear communication between the business owner and their professional team members. The communication will better assist the professional team in providing services to the small business owner.
